SAVING CALORIES.....
1. replace marge with philly light/dairylea or salad cream/tomato sauce 2. add sweetcorn/cold T. green beans to tuna salad cream sandwich 3.make cheese sauce using 100g philly light and blend with tomato.....,add boiled onions, peppers and sweetcorn ,greenbeans 4. remember to drain off ther fat from minced beef next time use quorn 5. make fresh fruit salad..melon,5 grapes,1/2 banana,hotwater sweetener 6. use tomato sauce ..when eating boiled eggs on toast not marge 7. replace donna kebab with lamb shank and naan bread 8. replace indian takeaway with shop bought fakeaway 9. start thinking about a lower option for dinner with mena 10. buy ciabatta rolls from iceland 120 calories and so much nicer 11. eat something every 4 hour to stop binging 12. DONT buy in bread loafs (use iceland ciabatta) 13 dont buy in hard cheese ...only eat it when out in a cafe 14 if eatin during night enter it as breakfast next day might stop me 15. count veggie portions in written diary in red ink 16. use fruit juice red from morrissons 17. bulk out all meals with mashed cauli 18. use lo salt replacement...and spices eg tumeric etc 19.i dont like cake its dry 20. mozzarella is tasteless waste of calories/money dont ever buy it 21. have a buffet plan .. NO TO sausage rolls,cheese,quiche,pork pies,cakes YES TO smll grilled sausage,philly,chicken and meats,trifle sml
