Trying to hold it together. Was in a long distance relationship and got dumped this week. He met someone that lives there. Here we go again. Dating at 41. SUCKS!!! Too old for this. Don't care right now. Going out with friends and I'm gonna eat and drink until I pop!!Lord have mercy!!!!!!!!!

Dating at any age can suck. But go out and have a great time. It's his loss. Tomorrow, you get back on your plan. You have to lose weight for you. It's all about being strong, healthy and leading a good life. It doesn't matter how old you are. You have plenty of time left to go after your dreams. It's never a waste of time and energy to care about yourself.

Oh man....I agree. Dating at this stage of the game, as you put it....SUCKS! Tie one on and let it be done. Nobody is worth you changing your goal. Keep your chin up and do it for you!!
