Wish I was there with you. I could give you that support. I have a co-worker who thinks its his job in life to sabotage my efforts to loose weight. Yesterday, he brings doughnuts into work, and waves one under my nose. I love the maples bars, and I almost broke. But I didn't. You can do it too. I have faith in you. Bill 

Step away from the cake. I stepped in while no one was looking a put some horrible things in there. Don't eat it cause it will turn your face purple. You'll never miss it an hour later and you will regret it for hours if you eat it. You are stronger that that cake and you can do it!
