Thanks Bren and Sandy for stopping by my journal and I'm sorry I didn't get back to you. What a long day we've had. It is now 8:01pm and I am just barely able to sit and collect my thoughts. Our friend that has cancer is not well at all. He started coughing up blood today. I fear he does not have much time left here with us.:( I've not been here long today so I will have to catch up on my foods tomorrow. I am headed for bed. Very tired tonight.

WOE/WOL is going well. I wasn't home much today so I've eaten what was made for me. Jenn made salads for lunch, so that was great. Art's daughter had us down for dinner as it was her birthday and they prepared lazagna and garlic bread. NOT ATKINS FRIENDLY EITHER.:(:( Not much I could do about that.:(
