Feel better after sleeping eleven hours straight, but now all my meds are out of kilter and I've had a surprise visit from Mother Nature, so definitely holding plenty of water!
Have reset my target weight of 150lbs.. will aim to do it by my birthday in November, but experience ( and Doobs and Phooka) tell me that it will happen at its own pace😘
I've tried to update my bio, but unsure how to add photos , any ideas??

My birthday is November too - 24th (not the 23rd as the OH set up my car insurance which meant all sorts of hoops to jump through to access my account and print off the documents 😂). Despite all the weekend temptations you've done really well with just a small increase - well done!
