I am still doing my turtle impersonation, since my weight loss is just about at a standstill. However, I feel that will soon change, and I will be reward with reduced number on the scale. Today is the 11th straight day for walking. I have taken up walks on my breaks at work, which really helps with stress related work issues. I feel really good and I am positive that I will overcome this stall. I am still working on loosing 20# by the end of May, which is a realistic goal. This one I am going to meet!!!!
