I KNOW HOW THAT FEELS BIG TIME .ive done ww and sw and always fail i hate myself feel disgusted with myself . .NOt any more no one can do it for us .ive done fat secret calories for 3 days and lost 2 lb i havent wanted for anything . i always feel ive failed again and let myself down AGAIN but have realised trying is good you cant do it if you dont try . we need to be kind to our selves itvwill happen but not if we dont praise ourselves for trying and yes some days it might go belly up but we tried .you can do it and you will just except you arnt perfect and every good meal you have helps . 21 meals a wk so you pig out on 7 and lose control thats still 14 good meals .you can and u will xx

You have done the hardest part and that's admitting to yourself that you're needing to do something about it. I would probably say that that's why each and everyone of us here have done.
