I did it final total loss of 21.5 lbs surgery is a go. Having KFC tonight lol. I want bad food. Sat sun and mon planning on losing another lb. but now even if I just maintain I will be good. As if I did this, at the docs today when I weighed in I was like no way, I had myself convinced it was a fluke. But my doc was happy, and my surgery will go ahead. I did not think I could do this. Granted almost half was because of the purge I had to do hot the colonoscopy gastrocopy, but the rest was really f'ing hard work. Thanks all for the support.

Alright...that is awesome...enjoy that KFC! I am doing a fast right now with the youth group for church. LOL

Great job, Jennifer. GREAT job. You'll be really happy to have lost the weight. It makes all the difference with this surgery. Btw, you won't be able to drive, bathe or do much more exercise than walking for 2-4 weeks post-surgery, so get it in now!

That's awesome Jen! One meal never made you overweight, it's the cumulative decision over many meals... so don't let the KFC meal turn into a KFC weekend - it's something I still struggle with!

Yay!! I've been praying you get to go ahead with the surgery. You did amazing & worked hard for every pound. So happy for you.
