Hey FS Warriors,

Got disconnected from Wilson this morning so round 8 is complete only 4 more to go. Watched the new Spiderman movie after getting freed of my pump.

Feeling run down today but still managed to complete a cardio workout. Pretty proud of myself today one I really didn't feel up to working out but pushed my way through it and two I completed a full week of workouts for the first time since my surgery in March. I did it on the hottest week of the year here in Southern Maryland (I'm not a smart man Jenny but I know what sweat is).

The better half and I are going to finish the evening by going to a play (Sister Act) at one of the local community theaters. Never considered myself a theater guy but she got me hooked on them a couple of years ago (shhh don't tell her).
