Went out to dinner and didn't plan for it... Next time will have to have minimal carbs for the rest of the day. Oh well enjoyed it. And lots of pizza leftovers as we brought 2 pizzas home.

I find you can just roll the top off the pizza and eat that - much easier to do at home.

Oh yes, I didn't and won't eat any crust, but went over on carbs yesterday, and under today. It definitely takes planning. I was going to eat a cup and a half of green beans after dinner tonight to get my carbs up, but I was just too full. Well, maybe it balanced out going way over the day before.
