Had a heck of a weekend.. didn't use caution as much as i would like.. kinda been losing it a little and needed to just focus on life this weekend which i'm glad i did.. i'm ready to go back on the grind.. my mantra.. no rush no rush... not sure what damage i may have done but frankly i don't care b/c i know i can drop it back off.. so i'm gonna focus this week and deal with it a pound at a time :)

well my cheat day was at the florida state fair.. holy crap... if i ate what they serve there everyday i'd probably DIE!.. i had bites of fried oreos, fried peanutbutter cups, italian sausage, chili cheese fries,fried cookie dough... god i think thats it.. and mind u, only bites.. people ate whole ORDERS of this stuff!.. i wanted to die. lol.. but i woulda died happy :)!!!

Haha, man that all sound so yummy and it would have killed me with all that gluten in it but it probably would have been worth it. Glad you had a great day.

Everything I've heard and read about state fairs makes me think they were designed to cull out the heart-didease-prone members of the herd. =) I have to say, though, italian sausage is one thing I couldn't resist. NOM. It doesn't happen everyday, love. No rush.

lol.. it was crazy i felt like i was gon' DIE!!! lol.. i did take a bite of a "Luther" burger (aka a bacon cheeseburger with krispy kreme donuts as the bun).. it was interesting.. and i did stay away from the fried butter..lol

lol that burger sounds disgusting...i love donuts dont get me wrong...but no ketchup on my donuts please

@ sarah no ketchup or other condiments.. just a burger cheese and bacon..lol.. honestly i wasn't gonna touch it.. we were just looking at it.. my girl's sister got it... she was like OMG u have to try it.. and it was just that curiosity..lol..so i took a tiny bite just to say i did... lol

lol ok that doesnt sound as bad as i was imagining it with onion ketchup, mustard, pickle and tomato...still doesnt sound that grea. was it good?

Oh no the burger and the fried butter just turned my stomach LOL HOWEVER fried oreos, I'm so in lol

@ orchid - fried oreos are heaven in a deep fried batter. @ sarah, i'll admit theres no way i'll eat more than the bite i had... but the sweet and salty aspects of it were actually good... my bite was so tiny it just gave me the overall picture of how it all tasted together.. and i'm good..lol..never again...

Yikes - I've heard of that Krispy Kreme donut burger before.. I saw pictures of it online but I didn't believe that it was real!! :) I love peanut butter cups but I'm not so sure how I feel about them being fried.. hmm... Good for you for just having bites and getting back on track now!

@ sarah - i had sharp shooting pains in my arm with that bite lol.. j/k @ erika... yeah the peanutbutter cup was honestly sooooo good..lol.. but i only had a bite.. and my little stall seems to be waivering thank god, still up about half a pound from my lowest but the scale is moving down.. :)
