I have hit 72oz of water today-and hint this ISN't half my weight..lol but it is a heck of a lot more than I have been doing. The straw trick I was given by a fellow member and one of my "buddies" is very much appreciated!

I also cut out 1 cup of coffee and replaced it with the water. Today I also did not have any Atkins Bars, I want to see if that could be the reason I haven't lost in almost a week-guess I am just trying to switch it up a little. And it is ok I haven't lost. I am in this for the long haul-so if it takes longer then so be it.

I have lost 7 pounds and almost 10 inches, which I am proud of.
I have my Dr. appt a week from Friday-and I just want him to see that I did lose weight-although I would be estatic if it was 10 pounds in the 2 months since I last went there and he said "I want to see "this number" lower the next time you come"...So I am hoping to show him that I could do it AND myself.

That is it for tonight.
