Just a quick journal this morning. The surgery went well. I'm a bit sore this morning but nothing serious. Want to thank everyone for their prays and best wishes. They are much appreciated.
WOE/WOL is going well today. I'm not recording yesterday because I'm not sure exactly what I did eat. Art said that they offered saltine crackers to make sure things were going down ok and I did eat them. As for anything else, I'm really not sure so I'm not even going to try.lol Today is going well, so back on track.

ADDITION: Well, I certainly got in foundation veggies today. Guess I was trying to make up for yesterday.lol A bit over on NC. Better luck tomorrow I guess. I know better than to dish out the food and then record. (slpping hands). I need to record first then this won't be happening.

Hey big sis. Glad you stopped by. Yup, no recording of yesterday. That's ok, it's only 1 day. I'm getting ready to record the rest of today, so fingers are crossed that I did well. Have a wonderful evening.HUGS:):)

Sandy, thanks for stoppin' by. All seems to be going well. I think I did a bit much though. I just took some meds and I am having a very difficult time to spell.lol Thank goodness for spell check.lol Have a great evening my friend.:):)
