Been in the same situation many times... Forget being disgusted and be proud that you are giving it another try. Hang in there! 

just get back on the wagon and dont beat yourself up 

please don't talk about yourself like that. you have a goal again and you can do it!! 

You're not a failure. You are human. Imperfect like the rest of us. You are back here and back on track, that is what matters. You can lose 30lbs before the wedding, and you can continue on after that. You can do this. I was 215, 3 months ago, 185 now. It's work but it's so worth it. We're behind you all the way. 

Don't be so hard on yourself. You're not a failure!! You had a setback but you're here to prove you are a better person. You can do this! 

You're not a failure, you just weren't ready. Three months is a long time to get her done!!! 

Hey girl, we all fall of the wagon... repeatedly! My diet helped me lose ten pounds in the first couple weeks. Don't know if it's right for you, but it might give you a kick start. I have cut out most carbs and sugar. (It just can't be completely elimated)
