Ally, what an insightful comment, you could apply that with everything in life. If your not afraid to change your comment applies to my everyday. I say I am a work in progress 1st is the inner work that makes the outer work possible. Thank's for your share- Jennifer.

I have found that to be so true in this process. I had no idea that so much of my identify was built up involving food and drink. I have had to let go of these ideas so I would be free to put together healthy eating habits. I didn't have to be the lady who always got dessert or said yes to the extra cocktail. (I am still having trouble with being the cool mom who orders pizza... :) )
