OM GOSH it is beautiful outside. Right now it is 38. It sure feels like spring. Still NO movement in the scale, but that's ok with me. I know I am eating good, fresh, wholesome food and that makes me feel much better than the bloating and everything else that goes along with bad eating habits.
WOE/WOL is going well.

It is always about so much more than the scale. I have been wondering what I would do if it never moves again...can I live with this weight, eating the healthy way I eat? The answer is absolutely! Love ya!

Hey Sweet Stef. Thanks for stoppin in. When I went off Atkins, I felt horrible. Bloated, nauseated, tired, body aches and just down right blah. My body is not in so much pain either. I know as soon as I get to exercising again, that will go away again too. Have a wonderful day sweetie Stef.:):)
