Sorry if the pic is inappropriate. But today I'm down 34 lbs... I am half way now to my "goal" of 180. Seems more and more possible every day, even through the definite ups and downs.

Good job! Warning, it becomes more difficult to lose a pound the closer you get to your goal. The first pound comes off much easier than the last pound. But keep going!
