I just measured myself and the last time I measured myself was in October. Of what I measured I have lost a total of 22.5 inches. Over 5 inches from my waist alone. Holy cow!

Yaaaaaay! You've reminded me to measure myself, I planned to do it at the weekend.. sometimes the tape shows what the scales don't and it's really motivating. Well done x
