Day 2 of detox, it is going great so far! Did the elliptical last night after work 1 mile in 20 minutes, not sure if that is good, but it felt good! So far so good today also. I am going to the gym at lunch and will shoot for 30 minutes on the elliptical.

Meals planed for today:
2 egg whites and a grapefruit for breakfast ~ done
16 oz smoothie for snack
1/2 cup brown rice and 1/2 cup beans for lunch
Piece of fruit for snack
Salad for dinner

I think I am going to do it this time, I am very happy right now and very much ready!

You ARE doing great - nothing to "think" about!! Keep up the good job - I know you will make your goal this time around...You Go GF!!!

You're on the right track, just keep your feet on it. I put the ellipitical on the lowest setting so it's more aerobic but still don't get as far as I do when I walk at the park. Which makes it seem like a lot of effort for a little mileage. All that to say a mile in 20 mins is very good, it usually takes me a little more than that.
