So, I have completed 3 whole weeks of the "Lose Weight in Eight" exercise series. The exercises are way hard, especially in the upper body area - pushups, ugh!! But I am perservering. The program is about to up the action, but I'm not sure I'm ready to try Athletic Conditioning on back to back days. I may have to tailor it to my needs. Motto for this week is - Just Keep Moving! Last night should have been a rest day, but I did an ol' faithful aerobic routine. I should be happy with 1 lb. a week loss, but I'm not. I'm thinking that, even though I'm sticking pretty well with the 1500 calories per day, that the chocolate, desserts, and even milk, are restricting the weight loss. Boohoo, I really like something sweet at the end of the day. Also, I can't function without milk!!
