Seasonal allergies have hit me like a ton of bricks! I've sneezed 4 times just typing this sentence! Make it 5! This is a new wrinkle for me, I've never been plagued with this before. Taking allergy meds and nose spray with little to no effect. I'm going to be gone overnight at my sister's tonight and then taking her to the city for a checkup from her cataract surgery. We will eat out tomorrow, so wish me luck. There will be several of us spending the day shopping after the appointment so I won't have lots of control over where we eat. But portion control can be my friend if it don't find carb friendly items on the menu. Have a great day my buddies.
