Yesterday was supposed to be my second fast day for the week, but I was too hungry due to irregular eating the day before, and ate too much for it to count as a 'fast' day. I was still well below break-even on calories though, and weight is down a little today, so I'm happy with that. I will see if I can manage another 'half-fast' day today, and hope for another little loss tomorrow. (And, yes, there is a pun intended there!)
