I want to loose about 8kg during next 27 weeks. These makes it loosing 300 grams per week, meaning eating 350 calories less per day (or working out long enough to burn at least 350 cal less than what I eat, every day).
I decided to have 2 meals "out of diet" per week, usually Saturday's dinner and Sunday's lunch. I'll try to eat not too much during these meals, even if I'll eat more fancy and less healthy food than I do during "diet" days.
I usually have 4 meals per day.
I am well determined in loosing weight, for health reasons. Also because, since I've got on weigh, I look 5/6 years older than I am (and I really don't like it!!!).
Tomorrow's planned meals:
-breakfast: 1 fried/boiled egg, 2 rice crackers, 1 kiwi fruit.
-lunch: baked red pepper filled with ground beef and garlic.
-coffee break: coffee (no sugar), a grapefruit.
-dinner: roasted chicken with boiled rice.
