OK, this last week has been insane. I got a cold, a new scale, a few lbs more than I wanted, had my yearly physical yesterday and realized my scale is NOT helping lol. having gone through 3 different home scales they all seem to tell me that I'm 3lbs lighter than the scale at the Dr's office. With that being said I guess when I joined FS I was 166lbs, not 163, and with gaining a few lbs while I've been under the weather my scale was reading 168-170, I stepped on it yesterday morning and I was feeling OK seeing it reading 165.9..., then I got to the Dr's office and their scale said 168- that means I've only lost 8lbs since September..., what a bummer.
