Life is Good...When I first reviewed my history for the month, I was taken back that I have not achieve more than what is indicated. Then I remember what it has taken to get back down to 206.2. I am hoping that tomorrow reads 205+ but if not I will handle it with the knowledge that I will soon be under 200 for the first time in 7 years or so. I tried on clothes that I purchased 3 or 4 weeks ago and they were too tight, and know I am able to wear those same clothes. I acknowledge that I am making progress and this is a life long commitment; therefore, I must stay focus of the big picture for overall health. So, I ask what good choices am I going to make for myself today?

Dear Friends, it is a Blue Wednesday. I am very tempted to indulge in the wrong foods. I am feeling very emotional at this time, due to a lot of stress at work for the past week or longer and a spat with the hubby last night. So, we are not on speaking terms and of course I want to turn to food for comfort. Plus it is raining here today, which affects the mood. Pray that I stay strong because I want to face the scales in the morning knowing I did everything I could do. Plus, I feel that I will start seeing more positive results very soon and I don't want to mess that up, to be close and then have to start over.
