Rock on- I accidently recorded my weight wrong yesterday by .2 pounds so I lost a little bit more. Don't mind- as long as it's in the right direction-DOWN! Very tired!

Got my Curves workout in- not as many calories today, but it was a non-Zumba day and also an "alternate" workout day so my workout was set at 80%. I increased my strength on all machines, and still burned 443 calories. Excited the scale is going down. Now that I'm working out everyday, I'm not wearing "civilian" clothes- lol so I have no idea if they are fitting better or not. Guess I need to go try some on to see how I look/feel. Wish I had extra money to afford to treat myself to a reward other than food, but I guess that's another goal.

Hey, how's the ravishing hunger going. Are you increasing your protein slightly? Did you check your BS numbers to see if that had any bearing? Just curious...

Not yet Paula...I can't find my BS machine. Arrrgghh! I was thinking the same thing, the numbers might be in a healthy state or something. I'm not really sure how to increase my protein without getting more carbs because I don't want to eat a lot of meat, and I'm already drinking a protein shake that's not very tasty so...LOL. I did have an increase today though I think in the protein. Hunger has been half way decent today, but as we speak-I'm getting pretty hungry and I just woke up from a nap. I also wonder- I found out this info when I did hcg- I think it's called your hypothalamus or something. Well, I wonder if it's resetting (a good thing) cause my hands are getting to be on the cold side (never happens) and your limbs being really cold is a sign that fat gland is resetting itself. Wonder if hunger is associated with that...who knows. All I know is that now I'm really hungry....lol I'll keep you posted. Thanks hun!

do you like cottage cheese, or celery w/ cream cheese, or celery w/ a little peanut butter??? or an apple slices w/ a little peanut butter, a hard boiled egg, or some tuna perhaps? do a little looking online for some good 'higher' protein options, and skip over the meat one's if you don't like those.
