Well day 2 back on track! I went to the gym yesterday at lunch and did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then I did some arm lifting, felt GREAT!!! I also playing volleyball last night, so I used that as my 2nd exercise for the day! Did great eating for the most part, I am finally back to drinking a ton of water again, I never stopped drinking water, just wasn't drinking enough. Last night for dinner I made some spaghetti with whole wheat noodles and sauce, I know it probably isn't the best, but it is better then somethings I could have had, that is really the only thing I slipped up on, just didn't feel like making two different dinners for the family! I have to say that one slip up a day is better then what has been happening.
All in all I feel like I am doing good....just need to get to the grocery store and restock some foods!

Thanks for the comment on my post - you're probably right - it'll just hit me one day and that'll be that. It sound like your spirits are up and that is soooo great. Whole wheat pasta isn't bad and you can have it - I just don't remember what Phase, lol. You're doing great - keep it up!!! Feeling good is what it's all about :-)

Don't feel bad about eating whole wheat pasta and sauce. Just imagine what you would have been eating prior to dieting. I see your way of eating now as a real lifestyle change going on. I think you are doing great. You have remained active through your "slip ups" and that counts for something. Keep your head up!
