Wow, March 1st already. Where does time go? I normally don't weight during the week but I wanted to see how I did over the past month. I didn't record my weight on here since I only do that on Mondays. I had set a goal of 3.6 pounds (it's what I lost in January). Well I came close. I lost 3.4 pounds. That's seven pounds for the year.

I'm awfully proud of those seven pounds! I can feel my pants are getting looser and much to my husbands displeasure, my boobs are getting smaller. I remind him that if I don't lose the weight he won't have my boobs at all because I'll be dead! He tends to see things my way now!

So for March, it will be three pounds so I reach that wonderful 10 pounds. I will, of course, take more. Stay strong everyone and reach for your goals no matter how big or small.
