I wake this morning feeling fantastic, no aches or pains at all.
I have all my meals for the day planned and recorded and will stick to the plan.
I have my new knickers on so no chance of embarrassment today.
The sun is out the day is dry, the wife is talking to me and the dogs love me what more can a man ask for.
No doom and gloom for me today. Sorry to be so cheerful 😷

Bless ya , have a wonderful day . Its lovely and sunny ( at the moment ) here in Suffolk , will probably go for a walk later and make the most of the sun .
