man oh man it has been crazy here this is the 1st time i have written an entry this late in the day oh well. but its been a good day so far i have to say i only had eggs and a starbucks coffee so i am doing better no soda= mt dew yayyyyy so know i just have to be careful not to eat any more halloween candy and i have to excercise. also thos that know that i have had that problem last month with my job well they had takeing me off the health insurance too. well i have to call on monday i have a 7 day window so i am takeing monday off to call my health insurance people i am so proud of my self yes i fell off the wagon completely during this time. and i want to thank mandie and lori for alowing me to cry on their shoulders and any body else ive cried on ive cried on so many peoples shoulder last month i cant even imagine any way ive written a book today so sorry love to all shelly.

You'll get through this girl... look how far you've come out of the whole mess already! I can remember you feeling hopeless, but it wasn't as bad as you orginally thought! Getting off track is bad, but not getting back to it is even worse. Don't let yourself go now Shelly! I know you still want to meet your goal, not only to look even more wonderful than you do now but think how much healthier you will be! Just work on it girl, get your affairs in order and then focus on getting back on track. It's no easy task but I think you are stronger than you think and I know you can do it if you will just put your mind to it. After a few days, the food cravings will decrease and things will get easier, I promise =D
