not feeling the greatest today every part of my body hurts and i am so discouraged i just cant seem to make the scale move down i have exercised every day and truly have listed every thing i eat i have had plenty of water the only thing i can think of is that im not eating enough but I dont think so.

Looking at your diet calendar indicates your carbs are way to high. Try having more balance between your protien and carbs and reduce your fat as much as possible. Definitely more vegetables. I saw very little. which is why your fiber is slow low. 25 to 30 mg a day!

Keep the Faith and Don't Give Up!! The results of all your hard work will show up, if not on the scale then in inches and loose clothing. Follow the advice budfrogs posted too and you'll be reaching your goal in no time!

lowering the carbs and fat is what i decided i need to do also i didnt even think about the veggies. thank you budfrogs it looks like chicken breast and salad for dinner tonight I have 3 days all to myself. I find it really hard to cook for one since there are usually 8 of us at my house

I agree try lowering the carb intake. Also you might try to not step on the scale everyday but 1 or 2 times a week at the same time
