I'm up a bit but it's been a particularly challenging week for me. Not really sure why but sometimes those old issues with specific foods rear their heads. I am back on the wagon today and ready to get below 200 lbs. My bit of derailing showed me the importance of having a plan for eating each day and for getting the support I need. I was very excited that Susan Peirce Thompson is releasing her book and doing a 14 day Bright Line Eating plan along with it. You can get the plan and she'll send the book to you for free. I'm not trying to sell anything here just throwing it out to the group because this plan is what is responsible for me losing 30 lbs since November 1st, feeling free from the chains of food addiction and being at a weight I haven't seen in 5 years. I've only been following the guidelines that are up there on the website. I ordered the 14 day plan and book last night and I"m excited to now have a more structured and supportive approach to my diet. I hope it can help some of you out there, too. I think it's a steal at $29. I also ordered a super cool pendant with the word "UNSTOPPABLE" inscribed to wear as a reminder that I'm in this to win it. Happy Saturday everyone.
