I don't really have much news, I'm still here and trying I think doing better with my WOE. Exercise still not so much.

I see my ortho Dr Monday and I think I will loose the boot for good and that will be great. I still have some pain and swelling but he already told me that's going to take awhile. I'm going to talk to him about what I can do to get it ready for light hiking in the mountains in May.

Thanks everyone for telling me to use ice when the cast first came off and the pain was so bad. I hate ice but when I gave in and did it it did helped. This has been a bigger deal than I was expecting. I still have pain in the foot in places I didn't expect it's so weird.

Well that's my news hope everyone is having a good week.
