Started the morning off right @ 5:15am with Zumba Curves! Missed one of the machines with my smart tag, but burned 443 without it so I'm guessing I burned at least 460 calories all together! I started Curves at 340 calories on Friday- 3 workouts later and I'm up to 460. I think that's pretty smazing! Dropped a couple of pounds yesterday too which is always a plus!

5:15? Wow. Look at you. what time do they open? My gym doesn't open until 5:30. What does your partner think of all your wonderful effort? Do you feel healthier?

LOL- thanks Heather! They open up at 5:00am and have Zumba Curves on Mon. and Wed morning at 5:15. Then, they have it on Tue./Thur nights as well as on Saturdays. They are closed on Sunday's. My partner is pretty cool with everything except my eating- she thinks I did better when I just ate in moderation. Honestly, I normally will cook two seperate meals, but I've been sick lately so I haven't been cooking dinner. I just get so tired of being super mom- taking care of our 2 year old, the house, trying to plan my meals, exercising, cooking her meals-etc. It's my mentality though. I can do it no problem- just been a negative nelly for so long and haven't wanted to show everyone my full potential. Ummm, I definitely feel healthier when it comes to jogging and so forth. I wrapped up last night with a jog/run with my dog that lasted about 10-15 minutes. I didn't even hardly feel like I needed to stop- I mean, that's a bit of an exageration- lol, but still- I can run much longer and harder. I feel so burned out by time I'm done with the Curves, but it's because it increases your potential for you. So, even though it's good I'm getting better- the smart tag makes the machines work me even harder so that your body doesn't get used to it, muscle memory, etc. Back to the food, my partner kinda pi$#%& me off this morning- she was looking at me plan my meals for today and she said- you need something more than that protein stuff- it doesn't have anything! I'm like- what are you talking about? She doesn't know jack squat about nutrition. I try to share with her...but anyway. I said, yes it does, it has 25 grams of protein. I didn't go into how important it is to eat or drink protein after a workout because your muscles need it for recovery. Anyway, I'm not very happy with her lack of support- I'm kind of used to it, but we have a lot of stuff that drives us apart. I'm trying to learn that although I have you FS friends, I really need to learn how to look inward and dig deep to support myself. That's what I'm working on.
