OK...Today was fun! I am going to say that I finally got off my lazy {insert word} (leg?) and opened up the gym doors. I'm surprised the equipment in that little room didn't have more dust on it than I saw! I got in 6 miles of exercise today. I kicked my own "arse" by putting my treadmill on STEEP incline and then upped the speed to INSANITY LEVEL. if my "arse" isn't sore tomorrow...it will be a miracle! LOL the whole goal was to sweat (that's what my new buddy on this site told me...) so I did that...and now, thanks to (i'm not mentioning any names here) but thanks to Loosinisfun, I MEAN, my new buddy ! I stink!!
I consumed 910 calories and burned off 825 calories with 2 sets of work-outs!
One thing is certain...and I'm glad that I was reminded...it's all about making yourself sweat! NOw...I'm headed over to talk some smack to CALORIEKILLER, who thinks the blue team is a bunch of losers! (actually she complimented us...WE ARE LOSERS of weight!...so thank you!) but, i'm still gonna go talk smack to her!) :) Oh...and for all of you who have heard AND SAW Brittany Spears on M/TV Video Music Awards (LOL) every time you read my journal...pretend you hear me starting each sentence with "IT'S BAD ANDY, B*%#&!" R O F L !!!!!

You're doing great! Your diet looks great! You're doing your exercise, and you are right you just have to sweat. Keep up the good work.
