Good Monday, FS Warriors,
Regardless of the team U wanted to win the SuperBowl, the game contains a powerful message to those who are involved in pursuing a healthy lifestyle...if you have had a "bad" day, "bad" week, "bad" month, or even a "bad" year (like I have), trends can be broken...AND REVERSED. For 3/4 of the game on Sunday, the Falcons played terrific and the Patriots played "below average"...then, the Falcons began to "make mistakes" ...both mentally and physically... and the Patriots ended up winning...So, if you are stuck in lifestyle place where you need a RE-SET...a RESTART...let today be the day...when it comes to our health (and life), HOW WE FINISH is more significant than how we start out...(Good starts are GOOD....sustaining good starts and FINISHING STRONG is even BETTER!!!)
