Day 11 of the Start Over....I have not weighted in yet because I know this last weekend kicked my butt a little, so I have continued on with Phase I for the rest of this week. Honestly I am not following it 100%, but I am doing pretty good! Some days are harder then others. I am not sure why this time around is so much harder then the first. By this time the first time around I lost almost 10 lbs...what is the issue now? I am so ready to shed all this weight and I am so ready to look good, but it isn't enough I guess and that makes it frustrating! I started working out again faithfully, I have only missed one day this week and that was Monday, other then that I do the elliptical for 20 to 30 mins a day and then play softball for an hour at night....it has been great and I know it is helping me again. I am feeling better, not quite as tired as I have been, but like I said, some days are harder then others. I am just so flippen ready to be at my goal weight...15 pounds to go, that is all, it isn't like I am trying for a lot, I just want to see the scale drop and feel good about myself. It has been so long since that has happened...way before I started dating my now husband and I would truly love for him to see me happy and excited about myself!!! That is why I am pushing myself for Fathers Day....if I can do it I will be so happy!! Hope everyone else is doing good!

You will get there, just try and be patient. You're doing all the right things and you have the determination. It's only a matter of time. You know what they say the last 10 to 15 pounds are the hardest to lose. "Don't worry, Be happy"

Your determination will show in how well you follow the diet. You're doing great. Just keep your mind on those last 15 lbs when you think you want to cheat. Just tell yourself you can cheat when you get there. :) Keep up the good work!

I am exactly where you are at. I have started over and it's not as easy this time. Instead of obsessing on the food, because I generally eat healthy, I am trying to be more focused on the exercise. I know that without cardio and strength training I will not lose the last 10-15 pounds. It's like I have lost all that I can with the change in eating and now I really need to amp up the exercise. We have to try not to get discouraged because that is what causes the most damage. You are almost there and you just need to know that the last 10-15 pounds is the hardest so don't give up.

You are doing great, u exercise u eat right. It will pay off, I feel the same way u do I want to loose 15pounds by my bday(30th) which is fathers day & it does feel like It is much harder, but look at how far u have made it already and just pull your strength from there. You can do it! And you will do it! Stay focused and determined. Good luck!!

Seems like you're really working hard on achieving your goal...Do you think that maybe you're stressing too much about it. Kind of like the couple that worries and focuses too much on having a baby and then once they relax and forget about it, they usually end up pregnant. I remember reading in the book where Dr. Ian basically advises that we not obsess and to go on with life. I truly understand your frustration but maybe those of us that let the numbers get to us need to forget about the numbers for a while...You're doing fantastic try not to let it get to you, it will happen.

You are so close to your goal, it is within reach! I know how you feel though, I have been 10-15 pounds from my goal for MONTHS and I keep asking myself "what are you doing? Just do it already"! We need to just do it and be done;)
