I found this great picture of my husband and me from back in April of 2016. It's the same week that I started my journey to become my future self-which means being free of obsession with food/weight and having a healthy relationship with food-I was 40 lbs heavier in this pic and my husband was probably 20 lbs heavier than he is now. He hasn't been dieting but his diet has changed over the past 9 months as he eats mostly the same foods I do and does most of our dinner cooking. You wouldn't believe how much happier he is to be at a weight he hasn't seen since 2009 and without trying! He even proclaimed that he was excited to weigh in this morning on his birthday. He rarely remembers to weigh himself and usually dreads it. I find it all a bit amusing since he's only about 10 lbs overweight now.
