Haven't really eaten much today after my denist appointment.

I have dead nerves in one of my teeth and I have a choice between root canal or remove the tooth. He gave it a clean as it was just starting to form an abscess and injected some antibiotics into it. My dentist is so lovely that he is giving me some time to think about it. But I know what to do... I'm getting it removed and eventually get a bridge put in.

My consumption included 2 juice plus chocolate shakes, 2 chicken enchiladas and 2 slices of white bread with butter.
