I'm feeling happy with the decision to revert to 1300 cals per day intake on 'normal' days. That's a comfortable level for me, it gives me calories in the bank for 'eating out' days, and also some more calories saved up for times when I'm away from home for a spell, when all of the days are 'eating out' days. As I keep saying, time will tell.... But I feel happy about this because I think it will be a way to maintain without having to do 'dieting' 😀
I still wouldn't mind losing a few more pounds though. I like the idea of being able to stay under 10 stones (140lbs) even after a holiday. Hope the 1300 cals will also do that for me over the next year or two 😀
And.... I have to remember to keep up the exercise. I'd like to be lazy, but unfortunately exercise does help, and it's good for me, and I hate it.....

This so reminds me of my daughter's weight maintaining regime. I used to to think how easy it was ..she is under 9 stone. She reminded me that she still had to watch her food intake. All I can say is that you are so positive and consistent and not afraid to change things.🌟🌟🌟

I think if you hate exercise then you're just doing the wrong exercises or the wrong amount or intensity. LOL but I love exercises (the ones I like) yet I still like not doing exercises even more than that. luckily I add in how much I like the activity + how much I like the results, and this is what occasionally leads me to do some of my preferred exercises rather than my preferred lack of exercise. :-)
