High Fat Low Carb is supposed to keep you so satiated that you just don't feel hungry, and you naturally eat fewer calories.
Well, this magic has been elusive. I've been hungry and eating more than a weight loss level -- aye me! Drifting in the wrong direction again! Ah well, tomorrow is another day. Maybe it's time to buy some more ketone meter strips and start testing again. My laser focus is a little wimpy so far this month. I'm listening to Keto Clarity (Jimmy Moore) on Audible again. He usually helps me get refocused.

I'm with you on the appetite thing, Erika. On one hand it's nice to have it back, but feeling hungry again is shooting me down. *sigh* Hang in there..we got this!

It's easy to forget just how hungry it's possible to feel without the low carb advantage and when it comes roaring back can be overwhelming.
