This might be the first time I didn't gain weight over the Thanksgiving Day through New Years Day time period. I can't explain it as I ate whatever I wanted and it was mostly carbs. Hey I might have found a new maintenance program!!!

My goals for this year will be small and hopefully attainable. We are headed to Las Vegas the beginning of April and my goal is to be out of the 200's. 13 lbs seems attainable even for this sedentary old broad...time will tell.
