10st 2.2 (1.5 on at WW, not too bad for Xmas, but for the first EVER time since getting to gold in April 2012 I had to PAY!) fat 24.6%. I confess I'm really gutted by today's result, I've been so good, altho admittedly only starting Tues, that I was hoping for a cheering result today. I think I still feel a bit bunged up from eating all the crap so maybe it'll be better by next week but still, a depressing and not encouraging start to the weekend, and then also not looking too good for not having to pay again at WW next week :(
