Alright, I am back AGAIN! I find that with FS, I am more in control of many things in my life. I have to think of my food intake and therefore I find myself remembering a lot more of how my day goes by. Is that weird? I do have to get into the Brain Training games due to good old menopause. I am just not as sharp as before. I also need to get out more now that my Mom has passed. In other words, redo my habits to include a healthy lifestyle. No more cookies in the house and I need to banish the ice cream and soda. Water is the best and I enjoy it. I hope all of you had a super holiday season. Mine was bittersweet with the loss of my Mom but I know she is rooting for me!

So glad you are back! Been thinking about you and hoping the holiday's weren't too tough on you. Can't imagine going through Christmas without my mom. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Accountability is never a bad thing. FS has certainly helped me be honest about what's going in my mouth and the choices I'm making. It works. I too am aiming for a healthy lifestyle and believe we are both making progress towards that. Keep the faith! Diane
