Happy New Year's to everyone. I will be going out of town-with no wifi/internet-until Monday evening so I wanted to wish everyone the best. I weighed in this morning and hit 218! Woo Hoo. That's 20 lbs since starting the Bright Line Eating and joining Fat Secret. It's also 35 lbs total since April. My resolution last year was to find the "answer" (finally) to the weight/diet dilemma. I think I achieved that resolution. Jan 1 will be the 20th anniversary of my quitting smoking and I haven't touched a single cigarette since that time. My resolution this year revolves around Martial Arts-both movement and meditation. I'm already excited about scheduling my time to fit those things into my schedule. I know the next 5 lb weight loss is merely a destination at this point. It'll happen-I just don't know when or how long it will take. I feel like a kid in the back seat of a car on a long journey.."are we there yet?" It's only 5 more lbs but that will be a game changer for me. Wishing you all the very best in 2017.
