Shock horror, I saw a value on the scales this morning of sub 170lbs i.e. 169.5 but I don't think it was realistic as my weigh ins vary depending on the time of day so I put myself on 171 which I think is more realistic of my average.

I will reset my weight target over next few days to 165. Hard to believe those 8-9lbs could come off relatively easily although I am probably not giving myself enough credit for holding back the oh so many times the cakes and cookies are brought to the table at the end of a meal. It just shows me that it all adds up in the end.

I will need to get my multiple pairs of jeans resized but am aiming on waiting just a little bit longer to keep the pressure up.
