Well guys, here i go again. My family is in need of prayers again. This time it is for my brother in law, Dave. His leukemia came out of remission about 2 months ago and he has now developed an infection and is in the hospital. His white blood count is 1 and it should be between 4.5 and 10.6. My sister didnt tell me how low his platelets are but she said they are low as well. The chemo has killed his bone marrow so his body isnt producing the white blood cells and platelets like it should to be able to fight the infection. So please keep Dave and Debra Castor in your prayers please.

Sorry to hear the news. Right now it is sounding pretty dismal. Hope he is getting better.

talked to my sister last night and the Lord is hearing our prayers. My brother in law's white blood cell count is coming up. I was able to talk to him very briefly and he sounded good. Hopefully this is the last bad thing that is going to be happening in my family. I hope so.

Just wanted to let you guys know that my brother in law improved enough to go home. However my sister said last night that she might put a cast iron skillet across his head if he doesnt quit being a "bugger bear". He cant go to work for 7 days per doctor orders so he isnt happy. I thought that was kind of funny. Anyway, so far both my step father and brother in law are doing better. Thank you all for the support and prayers you have extended to me and my family. It really means a lot.
