Happy Sunday, my Best Buddies!
I completed five workouts this week, and am slowly getting my macros back on track with lower carbs - shooting for 10% by the end of January 2017. I have increased my fat, am back on my Bulletproof Coffee and 16:8 for the most part. Vacation next week will be a monkey wrench...but I will log, log, log!

Short Range Goals: * Return to LCHF - with slight increase in protein - Jan 21 2017 * Original goal weight on Idiot Boxes while retaining muscle - March 31 2017 * Work with trainer to modify workouts after FOOT SURGERY Dec. 19th * Drink at least 12 - 14 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days * Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days * Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

HCB, you are my twin ! Im slowly getting back low carb macros and also got my work out in this week AND im headed to vacation soon! Im would really like to get to 16:8 eventually. right now im 14:10.. hey its a start! Here's to a great December!

Thank you all for the encouragement! The logging during the holidays will be the hardest - being totally honest means ALL of it so it could look pretty bad...but it needs to be done to hopefully keep a lid on it!
