Ate yesterday. Stayed away from Sims. Picked up a book and read for awhile.

Back to work today. Stayed home yesterday from both jobs -- needed a rest.

Hitting home that I definitely gained fat over the holiday. There is a holiday party tonight. I never drink when other people are drinking and it's fine. When I was holding a hard line against GMOs and sugar, it was much easier to say, "no."

There are definite advantages to picking a WOE and holding true to it. This gathering tonight is special in a cosmic sort of way. It won't be about the food.

"There are definite advantages to picking a WOE and holding true to it." Absolutely! It seems that if I'm not on an eating program I'm running amok in both quantity and quality of foods. And needless to say, gaining. No, haven't resolved my food issues. Have a lovely gathering tonight!

I'm struggling right now with WOE, not sure why. I have been eating within a tight timeframe, but I'm sure I'm not in ketosis so I'm sure if this helps or not. Sooner or later I'll have to get back to the HFLC. Enjoy your party tonight.

Just got home. It was a good time. The dogs tore up the trash, though. Hubby forgot to lock the trash can in the bathroom.

My Alzheimer's patient used to get into the trash, put the trash can on the bed, etc. I then spent an insane amount of money on a heavy Simple Human trash can that only opened via foot pedal and wasn't so easy to move around. I was aghast at how much it cost, but it turned out to be totally worth it. No more problems.

I think I would need to build a cupboard to keep them out. They figured out how to bypass the locking lid.
