Well this is a happy day for me! Scales are showing less than 143lbs, so I'm going to use the 'restart my diet' option, with a goal weight of 135lbs, which is my final goal 😁😁😁 At last!!!!!! And it's a sunny day here, so I feel like singing, and I think it's going to be ......

Back home after a very long afternoon of rehearsing for the Christmas show, and completely knackered, but lifted by reading all your lovely and entertaining comments. Thank you all so much 😀😀😀 I know I wouldn't have got here without all my buddies, past and present. I also know I would have really struggled to get through the day if I hadn't lost the weight, so am cheering you all on as well!
